Welcome to Pay4Pixels (Operated by Allatt Tech Solutions Inc.) (the "Platform"). By accessing or using this Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. These Terms of Use govern your use of the Platform and all services provided by Pay4Pixels ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Platform Services

The Platform is an online marketplace that allows merchants ("Sellers") to list and sell digital vouchers, in-game tokens, and digital goods to customers ("Buyers"). We provide the Platform as an intermediary and do not own or sell the digital products listed by Sellers.

3. User Accounts

• You must create an account to use certain features of the Platform.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.

4. Seller Obligations

• Sellers are responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of the digital products they list.
• Sellers must comply with all applicable laws, including consumer protection, digital product delivery, and intellectual property laws.
• Sellers are responsible for fulfilling digital orders and resolving disputes with Buyers.

5. Buyer Obligations

• Buyers are responsible for reading digital product descriptions, reviews, and policies before making a purchase.
• Buyers must provide accurate payment information.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Violate any laws, including but not limited to intellectual property laws.
• Interfere with the operation of the Platform or its security features.
• Engage in fraudulent activities, including fake reviews or transactions.

7. Fees and Payments

• Sellers may be charged fees for listing digital products or using additional services.
• Buyers are responsible for paying the total price of digital products. Buyers and Sellers are responsible for determining and remitting any applicable taxes in their jurisdiction.
• All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Platform, including logos, text, and images, is owned by Pay4Pixels or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
• Sellers retain ownership of the content they upload but grant us a license to use it for Platform operations.

9. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for any violation of these Terms of Use.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms of Use shall be resolved by the courts of Ontario, Canada.

12. Virtual Points & In-Game Currency

• Certain products sold on the Platform are classified as "Virtual Points," "in-game tokens," "in-game currency," or similar digital items (collectively, "Virtual Points"). Virtual Points are licensed, not sold, and represent a limited right to access specific in-game features or content within the designated game or application for which they are issued.
• Virtual Points have no real-world monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, cryptocurrency, or any other form of legal tender, and cannot be exchanged, transferred, sold, or traded outside the designated game or application.
• Virtual Points do not constitute and shall not be construed as: (a) a stored-value product, e-money, or prepaid access instrument; (b) a digital currency, virtual currency, or cryptocurrency; (c) a security, commodity, or financial instrument of any kind; or (d) any form of deposit, investment, or financial product regulated under applicable banking, securities, or money transmission laws.
• All purchases of Virtual Points are final and non-refundable. The issuing game operator or Seller retains the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Virtual Points at any time without prior notice or compensation.
• By purchasing Virtual Points, you acknowledge that you are acquiring a limited license to use digital content within a specific game environment and that no ownership, proprietary, or monetary interest is being conveyed.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
